Definition
Disability refers to difficulty in doing something considered normal (with varying degree of limitation), due to impaired (missing or defective) body part. This includes physical disability, mental illness/emotional/behavioural problems, mental retardation, autistic, speech/language difficulties, deaf and hearing impairment, blind or visual impairment, or multiple disabilities (two or more disabilities).
