Question pretext
As part of the survey we are also interviewing men age 15-49. We ask each person we interview for permission. A male interviewer conducts these interviews.
For boys age 15-17 we must also get permission from an adult to interview them. As mentioned before, all the information we obtain will remain strictly confidential and anonymous.

Interviewer instructions
First read the question as indicated and then ask:
May we interview (name(s) of male member(s) age 15-17) later?
• If answered 'Yes' for all boys age 15-17 continue with HH40.
• If answered 'No' for at least one boy age 15-17 and 'Yes' to at least one boy age 15-17 record '06' in MWM7 (also in UF17 and FS17, if applicable) on individual questionnaires for those adult consent was not given. Then continue with HH40.
• If answered 'No' for all boys age 15-17 record '06' in MWM7 (also in UF17 and FS17, if applicable) on all individual questionnaires for whom adult consent was not given. Then continue with HH40.
