Interviewer instructions
Record the code corresponding to the response. The household may be using a method that you know does not make water safer to drink. Do not use your own judgement, just record the response.
Probe: "Anything else?" Record all items mentioned (for example, the household may be filtering the water and adding chlorine at the same time).
