For a woman who delivered in a health facility, the remaining questions in the module will focus on what happened to her and her baby after discharge from the facility. To ensure that the purpose of this and the following questions is clear, it is important to read the introduction before reading the question. Record '1' if 'Yes' and skip to PN12, or record '2' if 'No' and skip to PN17.
