Interviewer instructions
This question will be asked of all respondents who reported receiving some sort of health check, whether after discharge from the health facility or after the birth attendant left the home. Respondents who delivered with no birth attendant will also be asked this question if they indicate that they received a health check at any point after delivery. Record '1' if 'Once' then ask PN22A. If 'More than once', record '2' then ask PN22B.
