Interviewer instructions
Probe for the type of person who performed the health check. If the woman is not sure of the status of the person, for example, if she doesn't know whether the provider was a midwife or a traditional birth attendant, probe further. Record the codes corresponding to all persons who were involved in that (first) health check. If you are unsure where to code a person mentioned, write it at 'Other' and record 'X'.
