Abstract
This study adds to the literature on Fijian reporting by considering views from the center regarding small business reporting in a Fijian town. It also raises a set of policy issues that arc central to the development of small business reporting in a western Fijian town. The term "`reporting"is contextualized throughout the paper using a number of constructions that recognize the interrelations between western Fijian towns' small business values, rather than through conventional understandings of reportings. This study poses the fo11owing specific research question that attitudes to reporting characterize business owners who work along Queen Street, Nadi?
