I would like to talk to you about checks on (name)’s health after delivery - for example, someone examining (name), checking the cord, or seeing if the baby is ok.

PN11 is composed of two parts - an introduction and a question. Note that the introduction provides a series of examples to illustrate what we mean by "check on the baby's health"; these are meant to be examples only so it is okay if the baby's health check did not include any of these specific components. Make sure to read the introduction before asking the question so that the respondent understands the meaning of the question. Record '1' if 'Yes' and continue to the next question. If 'No' record code '2' and skip to PN20.
